COVID statement & Clinic Policies

Please be advised that we are curbside service only. Upon arrival to the clinic, you must either call in or knock on the door. It is best if you can have a cellphone with you. Whenever approaching our staff, please be respectful and wear a mask. If you are ill or have been exposed to a symptomatic or COVID positive individual, please do not come to the clinic. We continue to closely monitor the current COVID situation, in order to keep one another as safe as possible so that we may continue to provide care for your pets. Please note that we are experiencing a surge in vet care demands. Call well in advance of adopting a new pet, as we are booking several months in advance. Please treat our staff with respect. Verbal abuse to our staff will not be tolerated, and can result in refusal for service.
