Clinic Policies
Respectful, Safe Environment:
- Please respect our staff and fellow clients. We have zero tolerance for verbal or physical abuse of any kind.
- If you are sick, please have an alternate person bring your pet to their appointment.
- Please continue to have your dogs on a leash with a secured collar, and cats in a carrier. If you arrive without one, we will kindly request you use one that we provide.
After Hours Emergency Care:
- All emergency appointments will remain with curb-side service indefinitely. This is for security reasons and due to having limited staffing after office hours.
Operating Hours:
- Please note that we are now closed from 12pm-1pm, during which time the doors will be locked, and the phone lines closed.

SERVICES
At Temiskaming Veterinary Services, we are pleased to offer routine and emergency services to both small animal and farm animal patients. Some of these services include:
- Annual health and wellness exams
- In-house diagnostics
- X-rays and ultrasound
- Dentistry (small animal & Equine)
- Surgery
- Herd health exams
EMERGENCIES
In the event of an emergency, please call the following number:
Small Animal: 705-410-6428 Farm Animal: 705-647-7009Outside of our regular business hours, please call one of the above numbers that is appropriate to your situation. Small animal clients will be connected to vet wise, a 24/7 veterinary teletriage service. This service will help you determine if in person care or a telemedicine consultation is needed. Large animal clients will be provided with the contact for the veterinarian on call.
