COVID statement & Clinic Policies

As of the new year, we have been happy to reopen our doors to our valued clients. It has been wonderful to see you all again!

Please continue to have your dogs on a leash with a secured collar, and cats in a carrier. If you arrive without one, we will kindly request you use one that we provide.

Please note that we are now closed from 12pm-1pm, during which time the doors will be locked, and the phone lines closed. We are also working on some upgrades in the building, so please be patient with our staff, as we navigate these changes.

In order to reduce the number of people waiting in our lobby and limit the spread of illness, the following guidelines are in place:

  • Please sanitize your hands upon entering the building
  • Limit of 2 people per pet (with some exceptions)
  • Masks are provided and welcomed, but no longer mandatory
  • Please remain in the exam room for the duration of your appointment.
  • If tests are necessary, we may ask you to leave your pet with us and return home, or to your car to wait for results.
  • If you are sick, please have an alternate person bring your pet to their appointment.
Anyone who wishes to remain with curb-side service is welcomed to do so. Please notify a staff member if you would prefer curb-side service when booking, confirming or upon arrival for your appointment.

All emergency appointments will remain with curb-side service indefinitely. This is for security reasons and due to having limited staffing after office hours.
