COVID statement & Clinic Policies

Starting on June 6, we will be allowing clients to enter the building with their pets for appointments scheduled with a veterinarian only. At this time, surgical admission and technician appointments will remain curb-side service due to limited space in the clinic. In addition medication and food pick up will remain curb-side.

Please call in to the clinic for these services. Our doors will remain locked and staff will bring clients in once the veterinarian is ready for examination.

In order to reduce the number of people waiting in our lobby and limit the spread of illness, the following guidelines are in place:

  • Limit of 1 client per pet
  • Please call in when you arrive for your scheduled appointment. When ready, your veterinarian will call to obtain a history of your pet. A staff member will then bring you and your pet into an exam room.
  • We request that you wear a mask and use hand sanitizer upon entering the clinic.
  • Please remain in the exam room for the duration of your appointment.
  • If tests are necessary, we may ask you to leave your pet with us and return home, or to your car to wait for results.
  • If you are sick, please have an alternate person bring your pet to their appointment.
Anyone who wishes to remain with curb-side service is welcomed to do so. Please notify a staff member if you would prefer curb-side service when booking, confirming or upon arrival for your appointment.

All emergency appointments will remain with curb-side service indefinitely. This is for security reasons and due to having limited staffing after office hours.

We appreciate all our clients for giving us respect and patience during this COVID pandemic and we look forward to welcoming you back into the clinic.
