Clinic Policies

Respectful, Safe Environment:

  • Please respect our staff and fellow clients. We have zero tolerance for verbal or physical abuse of any kind.
  • If you are sick, please have an alternate person bring your pet to their appointment.
  • Please continue to have your dogs on a leash with a secured collar, and cats in a carrier. If you arrive without one, we will kindly request you use one that we provide.

After Hours Emergency Care:

  • All emergency appointments will remain with curb-side service indefinitely. This is for security reasons and due to having limited staffing after office hours.

Operating Hours:

  • Please note that we are now closed from 12pm-1pm, during which time the doors will be locked, and the phone lines closed.
  • One Thursday every month, our clinic operates from 8am-12pm, to accommodate continuing education sessions for our staff
